Did you know that your core muscles directly impact your posture, balance, pelvic floor health, your ability to safely and effectively perform movement/sports and can help with injury prevention.


Well it’s true!  Our core strength can often be degraded throughout our life, due to work  posture, having a baby, lack of movement developing an imbalance and many other reasons.


This fully personalised 4 week plan sets you on the road to a stronger core, delivering safe, effective exercises tailored to you alongside a nutrition plan (optional).

ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW

WHO IS THIS FOR

Men or Women looking to increase their core strength.

Goals are personalised and can range from improving balance and stability for  every day living to having a focus on abdominal strength creating shape and muscle mass.

I am qualified in post natal training but please check with your health care provider that you are cleared for exercise first.

* Free consultation and goal setting session

* 4 x face to face sessions (in person, Chelmsford or online) 

* 1 x weekly check ins

* Access to my App for your home workouts

NUTRITION

Included in your program is a nutrition package which provides you with recipe's (gluten free, vegan and vegetarian available) that take you through the 4 week plan.  All recipe's are designed to support your fitness journey and are packed with nutritionally dense food, high in protein and easy to prepare.  Fuelling your body with the right food is essential for any fitness related goal and mobility is no exception.

Please note that this program is available without the nutrition package.

WHAT YOU NEED

Your plan will include workouts outside of your sessions with me and the content of these workouts will depend on the goals we have set together and your current fitness levels.  All core plans will include strength work and this can be equipment free or using whatever equipment you have available to you either at home or in a gym.  So don't let a lack of kit get in the way of your goals!

Payable post consultation but before the commencement of our 4 week block.

Please note that once a booking is made and your slots have been allocated to you they cannot be deferred past your four weeks.  If necessary I will make every effort to find you another day and time should you be unable to attend your usual slot but this is not guaranteed.  Please help support small businesses by adhering to the above.
