Get ready to tone and strengthen your lower body with this 20-Minute LBT Blast using dumbbells and booty bands!

This workout focuses on building lower body strength and endurance through fast-paced intervals that will challenge your legs, glutes, and core. Get ready for a serious burn! 🍑🔥


Here’s how it works: We’ll be working through 20-20-20 intervals, with each round consisting of three 20-second work periods back-to-back, followed by a 20-second rest. It’s LOW IMPACT but fast-paced, ensuring you get a great lower body blast while also getting your heart rate up!


💥 THIS WORKOUT HAS NO WARM UP Please ensure you have performed an appropriate warm up before beginning your training....


The benefits? 🏋️‍♀️ Targeted Lower Body Strength: This workout is designed to hit all the major lower body muscles—glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves—for a full lower body session.

🔥 Cardio & Strength: The short, intense intervals will keep your heart pumping while focusing on toning and strengthening the legs and glutes.

🏋️‍♀️ Dumbbells & Booty Bands: Using dumbbells and booty bands allows for a mix of resistance and tension, maximising the burn and enhancing muscle engagement. 💪

Equipment ⭐️ Dumbbells—choose a weight that challenges you while maintaining good form. Booty Bands—for added resistance and to intensify the lower body burn.
